Jabbering JAG 132.1 (Season Kick-off)

Well gentlemen it's about time to start another action packed season in Wilkinson DIAA. Although our numbers have dropped drastically over the past several season, the intense gameplay and exciting season hasn't changed at all. I really wanted to do some discussion today but I really have "writers block" and can't think of something I want to say... so kick us off, predictions for every human v human game in week 1!

William & Mary vs Howard - Normally I would like Howard a bit more in this one but with no human recruits signed this last cycle, you have to wonder is calytrack around? If he is, expect this game to be a fun one. WM - 30-20

Cornell vs Villanova - A human vs human game that could be interesting in a few seasons once Cornell is able to continue their rebuild. Just too much firepower right now on the other side of the ball. Nova - 31-10

Grambling State vs Stephen F. Austin - One of the more interesting games for week one that might come in under the radar. Two coaches who quietly take care of business. The longest tenured coach against one of the fastest improving rebuilds. SFA - 27-24

Cal Poly vs Jacksonville State - First year head coach looking to make his mark as he takes on a coach who has "underperformed" in his long tenure. Both are great coaches with completely different coaching styles. JSU - 28-17

Savannah State vs East Tenn. State - Another game featuring a rebuild against a tenured coach. SSU is always a tough out for anyone and ETSU still has a class of sim recruits but this one should be good. ETSU - 33-24

Drake vs Northern Iowa - The battle for Iowa here! Both schools had very tenured coaches at one point but have gone through changes recently. Both teams have a lot of talent on the board to compete in big games. Quite a few sims and not a lot of seniors for Drake is the difference. UNI 30-17

Robert Morris vs Dayton - RMU is still looking to turn the corner in their rebuild and Dayton hasn't missed a beet. Despite a lot of freshman on the roster Dayton is still a top team in the league. Dayton 33-10

Alcorn State vs Northwestern State - A couple of teams down South doing battle here. Alcorn with their first year coach facing off against an always stout watty2b team. This game will be a good one to watch if they continue to play eachother in a couple of seasons. NWSU 34-14
