This is were it gets fun. The best of the best battling for the Final Four. There are some great games this round. Some will be classics and some will look that way on paper and turn into butt whippings. I look forward to this round because after tonight its all about the best of the best. We separate the pretenders from contenders. Good luck to all that are left.

Saint Josephs vs Valdosta

This game has two great coaches Gator06 vs Columbusbuck. Both have had impressive seasons and are very deserving of a birth in the Final Four. Saint Joes will bring a balanced attack that should eat up clock. If William Vega can produce more than the 218 yards and 1TD against a stout Valdosta Defense it can be hard for the Georgia boys to stay in the game. They will definitely need more than the 5 Fgs by Paul Reynolds and the 231 yard the gained against West Chester. I will take Saint Joes 31-17

West Liberty State vs Colorado-Mines

This is the best possible match up for this bracket. It will come down to the Qbs Curry had 253 yards and 3 tds for Mines last round and Short had 352 yards for WLSC. Both teams bring great defenses to the table. Lock Haven only gained 186 on Mines and there loaded D. While WLSC only gave up 349 yards while sacking the QB 6 times. I see this being a struggle for both teams. It comes down to a field goal, and Mines will make it 27-24.

Slippery Rock vs Humboldt State

Both of these teams are very deserving. Both bring in potent attacks, the Rock will bring a passing attack that can be unstoppable Albert Flores passed for 462 yards and 4tds to get his team here. While Humboldt had to make a heck of a comeback just to be here. Nathaniel Garcia passed for 245 yards and 3 Tds to help bring his team back. But he did throw 2 ints, which he cant do to win this game. But it will come down to RB Mark Wright State. His 29 carries for 171 yards and 2 tds along with 4 catches for 98 yards will be the answer for the passing attack of the Rock. Slippery Rock 34-21

Henderson State vs Northwood

Henderson just came out of battle with WVW where 1131 yards where allowed by both teams. They gave up 9 sacks and only 3 of 17 on third down. But still won the game. That in its self is amazing. Northwood avenged one its regular season losses by beating South Dakota. They did it with 600 yards of total offense. And 39:57 time of possession. While only giving up 334 yards to a very potent attack. I see this being a battle in the rematch of week 3. Henderson State wins 34-27.
