Jabbering JAG 127.8

Well not to toot my own horn but I went 25-0 in predicting DIA and 22-3 (I think) in DIAA. I bring tonight's edition to you while drinking probably the worst stout I have ever had, watching Monday Night Football and listening to Adele. The life am I right? Oh who am I talking to, probably only five people actually come on here to see anything I have to say because, let's be real, I'm just a guy after all. Anyway, to the five people who come on here, let's get started...

Harvard @ Penn: A game a bit under the radar but we haven't heard much from the IVY this season. Two teams with playoff aspirations meet in this game. Harvard off to a great start and they look to reach double digit wins for a second straight season under tmburton. Penn is fresh off a nice win against a top 25 ranked #Yell squad. Harvard will rely on their JR QB, Norman Salzar, to continue to play lights out, but he goes up against a pretty stout looking Penn defense who has only given up more than 24 points once in conference play... Harvard-27 vs Penn-20

#2 Drake @ #20 Dayton: Drake has absolutely been wrecking it in PFL play and they do battle against a Dayton team who needs to find a way to rebound following a loss. These two coaches know eachother quite well as this will be their 8th meeting with hatroq holding a 4-3 lead over tv31557. Dayton needs to win to have a shot at a division title and a CC berth but Drake would love to keep their #1 seed hopes alive... Drake-35 vs Dayton-21

#3 Texas State vs #4 Montana State: By far the game of the week here. This game not only has HUGE Big Sky implications but also playoff repercussions. These two squads have played fantastic football all season and will need all of that momentum to help them to a win in this game. If you like defense then you're sure to get it in this game as both teams allow fewer than two touchdowns per game and are #1 and #6, respectively, in the WIS top 25 ppg. Coach phimutau has dominated the series but in this series anything can happen... Tex St-27 vs Mont St-23

#18 Duke hosts North Carolina: Two solid offenses meet in this game. Duke averages almost 50 ppg and is performing way above expectations. NC is doing about as expected and they average over 40 ppg themselves. Both have played pretty "top heavy" schedules as they both have extremely tough games or pretty manageable games but most of the tough ones are coming during conference play. Two coaching personalities that are quite different, one is more quiet and reserved, the other, likes to liven up a room and let people know their thoughts. For those different styles their offensive tendencies are quite similar... Duke-31 vs NC-28

East Carolina @ Memphis: A game featured from the highest ranked mid-major conference in Wilkinson. ECU is still growing under third year coach pricehaus05 and they already have a CC to show for it. UM has had their successful coach for 27 seasons and 300 wins and yet they find themselves in a must win situation for a CC berth. Both squads have JR quarterbacks accompanied by SR runningbacks that will have to be leaders to help get their team a victory in this game... ECU-28 vs Memphis-27

#10 Stanford vs #24 UCLA: Is the Pac-10 loaded this season or what? For only having one elite this conference looks tougher than all others. Stanford is sitting pretty and tied for first in the division and would love to carry the momentum of a win into their game against USC at the end of the season. UCLA is a team that still has a shot to make the conference title game but would need quite a bit of help to get there. These two coaches are great game planners and they definitely know what it takes to win at all levels. Look for this to be a higher scoring affair as both defenses average over 20 ppg against... Stan-41 vs UCLA-34
